Why YOKU
Technology, advice and partnerships built from real experience.
YOKU was founded to turn technical complexity into clear advice leaders can use. Today, products, advisory services and partnerships carry that same purpose forward.
Trusted by clients worldwide
Our history
The work that shaped YOKU.
Founded in 2011.
Tony Rogers founded YOKU after a multi-decade career in CIO and executive roles across public and private sectors, built on an earlier career in information management.
Sixteen years of advisory.
YOKU has delivered specialist IM and ICT advisory across Infrastructure, Energy, Mining, Transport and Rail, and Professional Services.
Advisory led to products.
The same work kept revealing problems that well-built software should solve. YOKU built integr8, then grew the suite to eight products.

What YOKU brings together
Three streams, supported by practical experience.
Feature 01
Products
Software that solves complex business problems across migration, integration, AI, insight, business management, trades management and property buying.
Where we work
Australian founded, working globally.
Headquartered in Australia, delivering to public sector and large commercial organisations across four regions.
Built for trust
Clear by design.
The platform is designed around three principles that matter in information-heavy environments.
Works with what you have
Connect the systems already running your organisation, without forcing a replacement program.
Handled with intent, not hoarded
Most of the platform passes information through without storing it. Where it is stored, as with illumin8's warehouse, that is by design and disclosed plainly, never incidental.
Visible and attributable
Rules, movements and outcomes remain clear to the teams responsible for them.
What this means day to day
What you will actually notice.
Values are easy to write. These are the specific things a client sees in the first few weeks.
You will get documentation before you ask for it, not after.
Every configuration decision is made with your team in the room, not presented as already decided.
If a product is not the right fit for what you are trying to solve, we will say so.
You will hear about a problem from us first, with the options already worked through.
Want to know whether we are the right fit?
Tell us the situation. We will tell you honestly if it is something we should be doing.
Let's talk about what you are trying to fix.
Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck. A walkthrough of how it works, so you can picture it in your environment.
